Dreadful Day Ever
It all started with the case of morning hair. I couldn't make it to look presentable. As I was running out the door, I stumbled and with a thud all over my new shoes. To make matters worse, I was totally behind schedule for school.

A series/chain/cascade of unfortunate/awful/disastrous events unfolded/occurred/piled on top each other, leaving me feeling like I was in a nightmare/horror movie/comedy of errors. It's the kind of situation where you just want to run away and more info hide.
